 Alan Sill  This talk gives a general background covering the development of high-performance computing technology with an emphasis on distributed and collaborative systems and describes the emergence of the Open Grid Forum and its interaction with other standards developing organizations. A demonstration is included of our NSF CAC cloud standards testbed projects as implemented on the NSF Cloudlab resources. This talk was given at the Department of Computing and Mathematics in the College of Engineering and Technology at the University of Derby.  Yong Chen  Unistore is an innovative unified storage architecture to coordinate the co-existence and efficient integration and simultaneous use of multiple different technologies for Cloud storage systems. This talk gives a preview of this and other presentations to be given at the Storage Networking Industry Association (SNIA) Storage Developer Conference (SDC) to take place September 21-24, 2015 in Santa Clara, California.  Alan Sill  Overview of the US National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) use case development, definition and testing program for the Standards Acceleration to Jumpstart Adoption of Cloud Computing (SAJACC) working group, including plans to extend the standards and use case testing activities of this group using our NSF CAC testbed projects on the US NSF Chameleon, Cloudlab and XSEDE resources.  NSF Cloud Interoperability Testbed Projects  Date: March 09, 2015

 Alan Sill  Overview of testbed activities on the US NSF Chameleon, Cloudlab and XSEDE resources. The NSF CAC will use its industry/university connections to promote and foster open cloud standards and interoperability testbeds using internal and external resources. Specific projects have been proposed and approved on two new NSF computer-science-oriented cloud "testbed as a service" resources, Chameleon and CloudLab, which have recently been funded to replace the FutureGrid project. This talk was given at the Cloudscape VII conference in Brussels, Belgium with the title "How the NSF is enabling a new future for Cloud computing." Link
