Swimming

Our program offers you and your family an opportunity to ‘learn to swim’ in an indoor pool, out of the sun. Our program emphasizes effective, personalized instruction. Instructors are certified by the American Red Cross and we have a low student per instructor ratio.

We are expanding our program this year to include the summer months of both June and July. We have additional exciting class offerings for children and adults alike.

Bernadette Hinojosa will be joining our summer program in 2009 as a Co-Director. This year we will have Mommy and Me classes and Water-Bug classes for children under 5 years old. We are very fortunate indeed to have Bernadette’s expertise! You and your family will truly enjoy the experience!

Prerequisites

If your child has NEVER been in our program, please enroll them in the Level that corresponds with their age. If they have been in our program before and have passed a level, please enroll them in the next highest level regardless of age. On the first day of class we will test swimming skills to make sure that children are enrolled in the appropriate level for optimum learning.
