The Health Promotion Research Laboratory (HPRL) is a multipurpose research, education, and health promotion laboratory that provides expertise and leadership in corporate and community health promotion; physical activity, exercise and disease prevention; and clinical weight management. HPRL programs include screening and risk assessment, exercise interventions, and various lifestyle interventions using behavioral change techniques designed to improve the health and fitness of individuals and organizations.
