Bachelor of Science in Conservation Law Enforcement

The new Bachelor of Science in Conservation Law Enforcement was developed cooperatively with the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department to provide a track which trains students to become game wardens. It incorporates an associate's degree in criminal justice from any eligible 2 year institution (e.g., South Plains College) with two years of coursework in Natural Resources Management at Texas Tech University. An internship with a law enforcement agency is required for this degree.

Dr. Robert Cox serves as advisor for all NRM students who choose the Conservation Law Enforcement path. Please feel free to contact us if you'd like to set up an appointment and find out if this program is right for you.
