Faculty Assembly Area for Commencement
Faculty will assemble in the Media Room instead of in the storage/work area outside the practice court where students gather. The new assembly area will have seating available where faculty may gather to chat or rest. We ask that faculty arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony begins, so please give yourself ample time to enter the Arena, park, and make your way to the faculty assembly area. Those faculty members attending both ceremonies on Friday, December 16, or Saturday, December 17, are invited to join us for food between the ceremonies (sandwiches, chips, cookies, and drinks). The food will be served in the City Bank Room on the concourse level floor. Parking spaces on the north side of the Arena have been reserved for faculty. Your car license plate will be scanned for entrance to the parking lot.
