Novin Abdi

Novin Abdi, a microbiology major with minors in chemistry and political science from Celina, Texas, is interning in the Office of Congressman Vicente Gonzalez this semester. Novin has been involved in many organizations at Texas Tech including the Women's Leadership Initiative, the American Medical Student Association, and Honors College Ambassadors. Novin plans on attending medical school following the completion of her internship.

Sydney Bowers

Sydney Bowers of Stephenville, Texas is majoring in Business Marketing at Texas Tech University. This semester, Sydney is interning in the Office of Congressman Michael McCaul. While at Texas Tech, Sydney has been active as a member of the Student Alumni Board and Pi Beta Phi. After earning her undergraduate degree, Sydney plans on pursuing a job in the marketing field.

Connor Farrington

Connor Farrington, a political science major with minors in international studies and Spanish from Sachse, Texas, is interning in the Office of Senator Ted Cruz this spring. Connor chose to pursue this internship because he wanted to develop his knowledge in public policy in the nation's capital. After graduation, Connor plans on attending law school and pursuing a dual degree with a Juris Doctorate and a Master's degree in Public Administration.

Dalia Guererro Villalobos

Dalia Guerrero Villalobos, a double major in global studies and general studies from Dalhart, Texas, is interning in the Office of Congressman Henry Cuellar. While at Texas Tech, Dalia has been actively involved in Delta Alpha Sigma Multicultural Sorority, the Multicultural Greek Council Executive Board, and the Student Intersectional Leadership Council. Dalia plans on attending law school and practicing immigration law.

Hannah Harken

Hannah Harken of Yuma, Arizona, an animal science major with an agribusiness management minor is interning in the Office of Congressman Pete Olson this spring. Hannah was involved in many organizations at Texas Tech including Chancellors Ambassadors, Agri-Techsans, and the Wool Judging Team. Upon completion of the internship, Hannah plans on either attending graduate school or entering the workforce within the agriculture industry.

Jamie Herndon

Jamie Herndon is a philosophy and technical communications double major with a minor in political science from Waxahachie, Texas. This semester, Jamie is interning the Office of Congressman Lloyd Doggett. Jamie pursued this internship because she wanted to get first-hand experience with the legislative process before committing her life to public service. Jamie intends on attending law school and pursing a dual degree with a Juris Doctorate and Master's degree in public policy.

Natasha Hicks

Natasha Hicks, a business management major and human resources development minor from Euless, Texas, is interning in the Office of Congressman Roger Williams. At Texas Tech, Natasha is involved in Alpha Lambda Delta, the Student Activities Board, and the Association for Talent and Development. After graduation, Natasha plans on focusing her efforts towards working for the U.S. Department of Labor.

Reagan Langemeier

Reagan Langemeier is an animal science major from Marion, Texas. This semester, Reagan will be interning in the Office of Congressman Michael Conaway. While at Texas Tech, Reagan was active in the Livestock Judging Team, the Meats Judging Team, the Agricultural Council, and many more organizations. After completing her internship, Reagan plans on pursuing jobs in the agricultural field.

Macy Massey

Macy Massey from San Angelo, Texas is a political science major with minors in English and philosophy. This semester, Macy is interning in the Office of Senator John Cornyn. While at Texas Tech, Macy has been active in the Student Government Association and Pi Beta Phi. After graduation, Macy plans on attending law school.

Erika McDaniel is a psychology major with a minor in political science from Fort Worth, Texas. This semester, Erika is interning in the Office of Congressman Filemon Vela. While at Texas Tech, Erika has been active in the Impact Movement and Campus Crusaders for Christ. After graduating from Tech, Erika plans on attending law school.

Meghan Monahan

Meghan Monahan, a political science major with minors in legal studies and philosophy from Corpus Christi, Texas, is interning in the Office of Congressman John Carter this spring. At Texas Tech, Meghan is involved in Raiders Helping Others, Alpha Lambda Delta, and Phi Eta Sigma. After completing her internship, Meghan plans on attending law school and becoming a federal prosecutor.

Elianna Rios

Elianna Rios is a biology major with a minor in chemistry from El Paso, Texas. This semester, Eliana is interning in the Office of Congresswoman Veronica Escobar. Elianna chose to pursue this internship to learn what goes on behind the scenes in congressional offices. Elianna plans on attending law school to later serve as a public servant to the citizens of Texas.

Maren Smith

Maren Smith is an English major with minors in legal studies and political science from Midland, Texas. Maren is interning in the Office of Congressman Michael Burgess. She has been in multiple organizations at Texas Tech including the Student Activities Board, PreLaw Ambassadors, and the Institute of Religion Student Council. Maren plans on attending law school to become an oil and gas attorney.

Mabel Sodiende

Mabel Sodeinde, a double major in political science and history from Arlington, Texas, is interning in the Office of Congressman Marc Veasey. Mabel has been involved in many organizations at Texas Tech including The Daily Toreador, Mentor Tech, and the Black Students Association. Mabel plans on attending law school and earning a dual degree with her Juris Doctorate and Master's degree in Public Administration.

Camille Vaclavik

Houston native Camille Vaclavik is majoring in global studies and minoring in Arabic and political science. This semester, Camille is interning in the Office of Congressman Al Green. At Texas Tech, Camille has been involved in her sorority, Alpha Chi Omega, and the American Cancer Society. After completing her internship, Camille plans on attending law school.

Malik Williams 

Malik Williams of San Antonio, Texas is majoring in political science and minoring in legal studies and communication studies. Malik is interning in the Office of Congresswoman Sheila Jackson-Lee this semester. While at Texas Tech, Malik has worked at a volunteer on Beto O'Rourke's senatorial campaign, as well as been involved in Phi Alpha Delta Pre-Law organization and Big Brothers Big Sisters. After graduation, Malik plans on attending law school.
