CAC Bylaws and Membership Agreement updated	December 03, 2015	The Center-wide Membership Agreement and associated Bylaws through which activities of the Cloud and Autonomic Computing Center are directed and governed by the Center members have been updated. The changes adopted by the CAC Industry Advisory Board clarify the terms for introducing technology owned by the participating members to the Center, permit the use of open-source licensing for Center-produced software on a per-project basis upon approval by the Board, and strengthen the expectations for Center member personnel to work with the students and faculty of the Center universities. They also set the fee structure for Basic and Executive memberships and document the voting privileges for each of these levels, and clarify the option for in-kind contributions of resources by any member with a Basic membership or above.
