French Minor

A French minor consists of a minimum of 20 hours (25 hours if a student begins at FRENCH 1502 or 1507). It includes 15 hours at the 2000 level and above, and requires at least 3 hours at the 4000 level. At least 3 upper level hours must be taken through Texas Tech University.

A typical minor includes:

FRENCH 1502 or FRENCH 1507

6 hours

FRENCH 2301 Second Year French I

FRENCH 2302 Second Year French II

6 hours

Two 3000-level classes

3 hours

One 4000-level class
