Call 911
Dialing the respective emergency number from a cellular device while on a Texas Tech campus will place the caller in contact with the nearest Public Safety Access Point (PSAP) and the Texas Tech Police Department dispatch, where applicable.

- If a student who resides in on-campus housing is missing, a report should be made immediately to the Texas Tech Police Department and to a member of the University Student Housing staff who will update the necessary University Student Housing employee(s) of the situation.

- Crime Line of Lubbock and the Lubbock Police Department have combined their efforts to make it more convenient for citizens to anonymously submit a Crime Tip online or via phone call or text message.
