Your Campus Visit Overview:

Group Visit Process

• Pick your top 3 dates and time for your visit: Determine number of students, educators, and chaperones.

Helpful Reminder Checklist:

• Secure Chaperones: Please ensure there will be co-ed chaperones with a ratio of one adult per ten students (10:1). You must have all required number of chaperones present the day of your visit.
• Distribute Parent Permission Forms: Send home permissions slips or forms to guardians so they are aware of their students’ trip to Texas Tech University.
• Prepare for the Visit: Share itinerary, expectations, and rules with your students.
• Post Visit Follow-Up: Collect feedback from students about their experience at Texas Tech! We want to hear their highlights either with a note or on social media!
