Luisa García Carrión

Research Assistant

Luisa García Carrión is a research assistant at the Free Market Institute and a Ph.D. student in the Department of Political Science.

Luisa earned her B.A. in international relations and public affairs from Universidad Loyola and a M.A. in economics of the Austrian School at Uiversidad Rey Juan Carlos in Spain. 

Her research interests include comparative politics, international relations, and complexity applied to public policy.
