The International Center for Food Industry Excellence is located at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas. ICFIE provides innovation, research, and technology transfer throughout all aspects of the food continuum. We provide a friendly interface with industry to assist in meeting today's consumer needs. ICFIE provides expertise in beef cattle, nutrition, food safety, meat and poultry processing and product development.
