All animals are prohibited from being kept, harbored, or maintained in any Texas Tech building with the exception of laboratory animals, animals used for teaching and research purposes, police K-9s, or the recognized mascot (equine) of Texas Tech (in areas approved by the veterinarian of Texas Tech University).
