OP 70.15: Multiple and Other Employment

DATE: March 19, 2026

PURPOSE: The purpose of this Operating Policy/Procedure (OP) is to establish policy regarding multiple and other employment by Texas Tech University (TTU) employees.

REVIEW: This OP will be reviewed every two years after publication by the Senior Associate Vice President for Human Resources and the System Office of General Counsel with substantive revisions forwarded to the Vice President for Administration and Chief of Staff.

POLICY/PROCEDURE

1.  Texas Tech University’s policy regarding multiple and other employment by TTU employees is governed by Texas Tech University System Regulation 10.12.

2.  Texas Tech University reserves the right to interpret, change, modify, amend, or rescind this policy, in whole or in part, at any time without the consent of employees.
