• *Faculty Equity advisor Position ($6,000 stipend for 9 months x 3 years; includes benefits/fringes)
• Chair Leadership Development PD (food/beverage provided)
• Chair Mentoring Program
• Chair Mentee ($3,000 department stipend for equity work)
• Chair Mentors ($1,500 stipend for 9 months)
• Faculty Workload Project ($3,000 department stipends for equity work; food/beverage during faculty working events)
• Annual Department Chair & Leadership Retreats (keynote speakers; food/beverage provided)

*Veterinary School was not originally part of the grant. We are working to find where funds to support can come from.
