Personal Information
Carlos E. Carpio holds a Ph.D. in Economics from North Carolina State University (2006), a M.Sc. in Agricultural and Applied Economics from Texas Tech University (2002) and a B.S. in Agriculture from Zamorano University in Honduras (1999). He currently teaches Applied Statistics and Econometric classes.CV

- Dr. Carpio conducts research primarily related to the economics of food consumption and policy and applied econometrics.
