An innovative servant leader with extensive corporate experience in auditing, accounting, sales management, other leadership roles, and as a Vice President - Director of Internal Communications, as well as experience in university extension systems that includes serving as an Associate Dean/Associate Director, Dr. Wayne Moore is a certified Ken Blanchard Situational Leadership II trainer and a certified John Maxwell Team coach/trainer/speaker.
Dr. Moore has trained over 140 managers and supervisors in the Ken Blanchard Situational Leadership II model. He understands the need for every organizational leader and business owner/developer to have his/her own personal coach, having himself suffered from that deficit in his first business development venture.
Dr. Moore has a master’s in clinical psychology. His Ph.D. is from Texas Tech University in Consumer Economics, and his dissertation title is “A Social and Economic Impact Analysis of Community Business Development - Leather Finishing in a Small Town.” He is the owner and Lead Consultant for Moore Integrity Consulting.
