Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy
- Refund amounts are dependent on the date of notification as follows:
- 100% refund (less $75 processing fee) until May 15, 2026
- 50% refund from May 16 – August 14, 2026
- No refunds will given after August 15, 2026
- A 100% refund (with no processing fee) will be granted to anyone whose visa is declined or whose visa interview is scheduled for after the conference date.
- In the case of an emergency/extenuating circumstances, special requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis by the Conference Organizing committee following the conference.
- Refunds will not be granted for no shows.
Refund Process
- Registration refund requests must be made in writing, via email to globalsorghumconference@ttu.edu by September 21, 2026.
- For visa-related refunds, please include documentation that your visa was declined or the interview was scheduled for after the conference date.
- All refunds will be issued via the same method used for payment.
- Refunds will be processed within 30 days of notification.
- Refund amounts will be based on USD and may vary depending on currency exchange during refund period.
