I am Jivan Gaire, and I completed my MS in Agriculture and Applied Economics from Texas Tech University. I am continuing my PhD in the Department of Agricultural Education and Communications under the mentorship of Dr. Amy Boren-Alpizar. My research focuses on identifying and overcoming key barriers to adopting climate-smart agriculture among producers. With a deep passion for sustainable agriculture, my goal is to drive innovative solutions that strengthen agricultural resilience, promote climate adaptation, and encourage the widespread implementation of climate-smart practices to ensure the future of farming in a rapidly changing world.
