I am a life coach because a life coach saved my life. I love working with young adults because there is so much happening at this stage of life and everyone expects you to slay, but no one really helps you figure out how!
That's where I come in. I believe anyone can be happy and successful with the right path and the right companions for the journey. I'd love to be a part of your journey like my life coach did for me.
Outside of work you can find me watching Tech sports, playing disc golf or board games, and drinking craft beer.

Coaching Philosophy
It's not what happens to us that makes us happy or sad, it's how we think about what happens to us.
As we learn to change the way we think about our struggles, we change the way we respond to life, ultimately building a better life than we imagined possible.
