What is Coaching?
Coaching is a personalized way to reach success on your own terms in the areas that are important to you. You can meet with a coach as often as youd like, in a one-on-one setting. It provides a space for finding new perspectives that can help you make better plans to achieve your goals. Coaches help you think things through and offer accountability.
Students can experience long-lasting academic and personal relationships with a coach throughout their entire academic career at the university and will be provided support extending beyond academics. Coaching is a unique style of guidance and advocacy that focuses on each student's individual needs and desires.
How do Students Define Coaching?
Coaching serves all TTU students, and this playlist is a collection of just some of the students who attend coaching. Take a few minutes to listen to each of their stories and experiences with a Life Coach!
What can you talk about with a University Life Coach?
Anything... Yes, anything! The student experience and making the most of it at TTU can be challenging and complex. Our goal is to help you build the future that you want.
