> What can coaching help with?

Coaching can help you with any area of your life where you want to see growth, whether that's personal, professional or academic. There is no topic off limits in coaching!

> What is a University Life Coach?

A University Life Coach at Texas Tech is a staff member, certified and specially trained, who provides free services for Red Raiders. They partner with students in planning and creating action plans personalized to each individual. University Life Coaches obtain certifications through the International Coaching Federation and Gallup® Global Strengths Coaching.

> Does coaching cost money?

No, coaching is a FREE service for all students of Texas Tech University.

> Who can use University Coaching?

Currently enrolled Texas Tech University undergraduate AND graduate students can schedule an appointment with a University Life Coach.

> Do I need to make an appointment?

Yes, to meet with a University Life Coach you will need to schedule an appointment by calling us at (806) 742-7774, emailing us at university.coaching@ttu.edu or selecting a time in Raider Success Hub.

> What can I expect in a coaching session?

Put simply, each session is a conversation guided by the coachee. Coaches are there to ask powerful questions that in turn help you hone in on your hopes, goals and how to overcome any potential obstacles.
