Fraire joined the staff of Texas Tech at Waco in December 2022 as an admissions counselor. She represents Texas Tech University both on and off campus to prospective students, parents, staff, and faculty of area high schools and community colleges to attract quality applicants and achieve enrollment goals. She also coordinates and contributes to the success of various visit schedules for area high schools and community colleges, among other duties. Within her role with Undergraduate Admissions, she excels at helping students achieve their educational and career goals.

Outside of work, she enjoys working out, particularly cycling classes and lifting weights. She also likes eating new foods, especially trying international foods, and eating at new restaurants. She loves adventure!
