Dr. Steve Balch, Director of The Institute for the Study of Western Civilization at Texas Tech University, delivered a talk on "The Great War and How it Changed the World" at Iron's Middle School in Lubbock, Texas on June 27, 2018. This lecture was part of the annual "Lights, Camera, Extravaganza" teaching conference hosted by the Lubbock Independent School District.
