The New Challenges to Religious Freedom
Dr. Gerard Bradley
Professor of Law, at The University of Notre Dame
Professor Bradley lecture will explore the novel challenges religious freedom faces in the United States today. There have been many examples in our nation's past of harassment of particular religious sects. What's different today, Professor Bradley contends, is the existence of an unprecedented struggle over the value of religious liberty itself. Its outcome will not only have profound effects for religious believers but for the entirety of American political culture.
Dr. Bradley's talk was held in Room 169 Human Sciences Building at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX on May 4, 2016.
