Workforce Recruitment Program

Workforce Recruitment Program

Program Overview

The Workforce Recruitment Program for College Students with Disabilities (WRP) is a recruitment and referral program that connects public and private sector employers nationwide with highly motivated postsecondary students and recent graduates with disabilities who are eager to prove their abilities in the workplace through paid summer or permanent jobs.

Each year, students can submit an application and supporting materials to the WRP database, which is made available to federal hiring managers and contractors for a calendar year. The tabs below provide a brief overview of the program and requirements.

The application is currently closed for WRP. Information will be updated for the 2024 application cycle by August 2024. You can view the timeline below to see an approximation of the program cycle.
