IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS:12/10/09 - We have identified several intermittent problems in Blackboard that have been linked to the user's browser. To test whether this could be behind any Blackboard problems you've experienced, open an alternate browser on your computer when you use Blackboard.
TROUBLESHOOTING PROBLEMS IN BLACKBOARD:Having problems with the Chat Tool, uploading files from your computer, or opening the built-in HTML Editor? Verify or update the Java Certificate on your computer. Also try un-installing and then re-installing Java.
