Dinos on the Road

Join us for Texas Tech University's Day of Giving on August 16, 2023.

We're taking our dinos on the road! The Paleontology division at the Museum of Texas Tech University has developed an outreach program that travels in-person to local and regional school districts for a one-day experience to provide dinosaur exploration and education.

This exciting new program comes with developmental kits, lesson plans, and much more designed to spark interest, challenge, and demonstrate the exciting world of dinosaurs. With each lesson, our team of dino experts from the Paleontology division and graduate students from the Heritage and Museum Sciences program will offer live interaction and answer your child's burning questions. K-5 students gain a practical and in-depth understanding of all things dinosaurs rather than what is portrayed in the entertainment industry without ever leaving the classroom.
