Office of Student Conduct
The Office of Student Conduct administers the Texas Tech University student conduct process and addresses alleged violations of the Code of Student Conduct. The office works with students and student organizations through a fair and educational process that promotes accountability and helps students understand their responsibilities as members of the university community.
Student Conduct also works with faculty and instructors on academic integrity concerns and serves as a resource for questions about student behavior, university conduct policies and the conduct process.
If You Have Been Contacted by Student Conduct
If you receive communication from the Office of Student Conduct through Maxient, review the notice carefully and follow the instructions provided. Being contacted by the office does not by itself mean that you have been found responsible for a violation.
The student conduct process provides students an opportunity to understand the allegation, review available information, respond to the concern and participate in the resolution of the case.
