Are all of your events free?

All of our events are free to all TTU students with a TTU Student ID. Just bring your Student ID!
In the event an event is not free, it will be advertised with ticket information.

I want to be a member of TAB so I can help plan and implement events, how do I get in?

TAB usually recruits only in the beginning of the Fall semester. If you are interested in finding out more information about being a TAB member, come to one of our information sessions or visit our Join TAB page here.

I take online classes, how can I find out about the TAB events?

Besides our website, we recommend that you like us on Facebook and/or follow us on Twitter as we post about our upcoming events. We also have accounts on Instagram, Tumblr, and SnapChat. Find us by searching @ttutab! We also have a paper copy of the TAB calendar we pass out at every event or check the SUB Info Booth or in our office, Room 020 in SUB West Basement.

What kind of events does TAB host?

TAB strives to offer a variety of events. We have guest speakers talk about hot topics, hold parties, concerts such as Raider City Limits, go to recreational centers around Lubbock, show movies before you can buy them, and much more!

Do I have to RSVP for events?

On most of our events RSVP’s are not required. Special events that include a limited amount of tickets (i.e. Murder Mystery Dinner) require you to “RSVP" by picking up a free ticket at our Ticket Desk (located in the Allen Theatre Lobby). Many of our Outreach service events may require advance sign-up to attend, those sign-ups are done on OrgSync.

My department/organization would like to partner with TAB on an event. What do we need to do?

We have some information and a form for you to fill out before we can consider a partner event. Also, we plan a semester ahead, so if you want to plan an event for the Fall, be sure to submit your form to us by March. We plan Spring events in October.
