Rachel Wade works as the lead data analyst and economist for the Texas Tech University’s Davis College Water Center and Texas Alliance for Water Conservation (TeCSIS-TAWC). She joined the team in 2025. Rachel received her B.B.A. in General Business and B.S. in Agricultural and Applied Economics in 2022. In 2024, she received her M.S. in Agricultural and Applied Economics with her thesis on Soil Moisture Prediction Using Machine Learning Techniques. Rachel’s research focuses mainly on cotton, water, and machine learning related to agricultural economics.
