Paulo Resende

Research Assistant

Paulo Resende is a research assistant at the Free Market Institute and a Ph.D. student in the Department of Agricultural and Applied Economics.

Paulo earned his B.A. in Economics from Mackenzie Presbyterian University and his M.A. in Economics from the University of Campinas, both in Brazil. He has worked as a political consulting analyst for political parties and as a research associate for Instituto Millenium, a public policy advocacy organization in Brazil.

His research interests include innovation, social and economic networks, complexity economics, health economics, and economic policy.
