Marc Lochbaum, Ph.D.

Personal Statement

Dr. Lochbaum is an expert in achievement motivation and has focused since 2015 on writing numerous achievement goal and self-determination meta-analyses. His students research a number of areas within sport psychology. His funded research spans from Lubbock to Eastern Europe to the Middle East. Those projects concern physical activity in children and youth. Dr. Lochbaum spends considerable time running after school activity programs in East Lubbock.
