The TTU DoLA Computer and Technology Services (CATS) group is committed to assisting faculty, staff and students as quickly and efficiently as possible.  If you encounter a problem or question related to the computers, software or technology of the department, you may request assistance in several ways. 

  • The preferred method is to complete and submit the form below.  this will automatically create a Help Request ticket and notify the CATS staff.
  • You may also send an email, including attachments to: help@dola.on.spiceworks.com.  This also will create a Help Request Ticket.
  • You may check the status of your Help Request tickets through the DoLA HelpDesk Web Portal at dola.on.spiceworks.com
  • You may also call Neale Currie directly at 806-834-4949 or come by the CATS office located in the CASNR Annex Building 2121 Room 118.
