The TTU DoLA Computer and Technology Services (CATS) group is committed to assisting faculty, staff and students as quickly and efficiently as possible. If you encounter a problem or question related to the computers, software or technology of the department, you may request assistance in several ways.

The preferred method is to complete and submit the form below. this will automatically create a Help Request ticket and notify the CATS staff.
You may also send an email, including attachments to: help@dola.on.spiceworks.com. This also will create a Help Request Ticket.
You may check the status of your Help Request tickets through the DoLA HelpDesk Web Portal at dola.on.spiceworks.com
You may also call Neale Currie directly at 806-834-4949 or come by the CATS office located in the CASNR Annex Building 2121 Room 118.
