Juan Francisco "Frank" Torres is a seasoned IT Support Specialist with over 20 years of experience supporting academic and enterprise environments. At Texas Tech University and beyond, he has led technical support across classrooms, offices, and conference spaces managing hardware, software, and network systems with a calm, solutions-focused approach. Frank is known for his inclusive support, his ability to troubleshoot complex issues, and his commitment to service that empowers faculty, staff, and students alike. Graduating this December with a B.S. in Leadership Studies at TTU, he brings both hands-on expertise and a growth-oriented mindset to the Davis College team.
