The Medicine, Mechanics, and Manufacturing Design (M3D) Lab uses interdisciplinary
3D printing, computation, experiments, and engineering approaches to drive design
science research for medical innovations.
The M3D Lab is lead by Dr. Egan and consists of researchers at undergraduate, graduate,
and post-doctoral levels at Texas Tech University in Lubbock.
The Lab aims to advance the state of the art in engineering design and medicine through
publishing high-impact scientific works and patenting inventions that beneficially
impact society.
