I have been with the department of Natural Resources Management for 27 years and my present duties include purchasing for the Department of Natural Resources Management. I am the Emergency Action Coordinator for the basement at Goddard, including reporting building maintenance work requests. I oversee the inventory for controlled items and surplus.  I maintain the paper, ink and office supply inventory for NRM. I reconcile the Pcards and check them out to faculty and graduate students as needed. I handle forms required for food purchases, federal equipment purchases, Independent Contractor forms, Sole Source purchases, purchase orders for NRM, computer set up and removal, vehicle and equipment repair, and warranties purchased.  I receive packages and check invoice and P.O.'s. Maintain United Supermarkets card and membership to Sam's club.
