Do you know which wine glass to choose for white or red wine? Many of us don't know the difference or why it matters. The members of OLLI at TTU, Highland Lakes had the opportunity to learn which glass to use for which wine during the Riedel Wine Glass and Tasting Seminar. Class participants learned glass etiquette along with the difference that a Riedel glass can make in a wine tasting experience. The wine glass truly made all the difference in opening up the various undertones of the wine. Not only did participants sample wines, they were provided cheese, crackers and chocolate to really simulate a complete wine tasting. At the end of the class, each person took home a set of four Riedel Veritas wine glasses and were able to buy additional sets at a discounted price.

If you missed this previous class, don't fret! We will be holding another Riedel Wine Experience on Oct. 10. During this class, we will sample wine using the Riedel Performance Series stemware which was a winner of the Tableware International 2019 Award of Excellence.
