Olivia is originally from a small town in south Texas but has called Lubbock home since 2016. She was a first-generation college student who fell in love with Texas Tech after years of listening to her former band director tell stories about his time here with the Goin’ Band. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in University Studies with concentrations in health professions, addictive disorders, and integrative studies and worked for many years in different healthcare settings.

Olivia’s passion for helping others extends into supporting students during their time here. She wants students to know that they are valued and will have someone in their corner who is excited about helping them realize and reach their goals.

In her free time Olivia loves to be a homebody with her husband, pug, and corgi. She enjoys doing puzzles and building Lego sets, watching reruns of her favorite shows, and giving her husband a run for his money in Mario Party or Smash Bros. She also firmly believes in breakfast tacos (not burritos), the San Antonio Spurs, and Dr. Pepper. WRECK EM!
