Research Interests

Research study of discomfort thresholds in childbirth and lab contexts led me to psychoanalytic theory and then to full clinical and psychoanalytic training. My research interests are focused on quantitative research involving theoretical questions about the psychological dynamics of partner and stranger violence and quantitative research about the outcome of psychoanalysis. Research data involve undergraduate students and clinical research data from practicing clinicians.
