I serve as the Program Director for the Raider Ready Program, where I bring experience in curriculum development, instructional design, and training. With my extensive background in education, I am privileged to work closely with students at every stage of their academic journey, offering both academic and social support through our Raider Ready courses (RRP 1100, 2100, 3100 and 4100).

My research focuses on the transitional challenges students when moving from high school to college, and I thankful for the opportunity to enhance their success while at TTU.

I am a proud Red Raider with a B.A. in Communication Studies, an M.Ed., and a Ph.D. in Curriculum & Instruction—all from Texas Tech University. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and traveling together!
