Lyons School of Accounting Distinguished Alumni
Established in 1980, the Distinguished Alumnus Award is the highest honor the Lyons
School of Accounting bestows on its graduates. Presented annually, the award recognizes
individuals who have demonstrated a record of distinguished service and extraordinary
achievement in their professional accounting careers, contributions to society, and
continuous support of the School.

Mr. Montgomery is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated from Texas Tech University with a Masters of Science in Accounting and Taxation in 1981. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
