Science & Technology Roadmap

IMMS provides underpinning science and technology as well as concept and technology demonstrations to a wide range of stakeholders and multidisciplinary federal laboratories.

1. Bio-Inspired Living Aerial Platform (BiLAP) and State Awareness S&T Roadmaps: One of IMMS "The Next Big Thing" research initiatives is to advance and enable the capability of BiLAP to feel, assess its own health condition and, if damaged, recover and adapt to its degraded capability in real time to complete the intended missions successfully and safely.
