Jalie Hodges

Meet Jalie

Hello! My name is Jalie Hodges, and I am from Sanger, Texas, a small town in North Texas. I am currently a junior at Davis College and am majoring in Animal Science with a pre-veterinary concentration. Outside of school, I spend a lot of my free time playing my guitar, crocheting, and hanging out with my friends. I love helping others and helping animals, so you will often find me at some kind of animal-related volunteer event!

During my time at Texas Tech I was fortunate to be a mentee in the Tech Leadership Institute during my first year, and now I am a Peer Mentor in the same program where I get to pass on what I learned. I am also a member of the Pre-Vet Society and volunteer at the Tech Therapeutic Riding Center where I help in hippotherapy classes.
