I was born and raised in central Texas before moving to Lubbock to attend Texas Tech. After graduating with a bachelor's degree in Human Development, I earned a Master's degree in Applied Linguistics and am currently a Doctoral student in Media and Communications.
I am an avid fan of movies, a big reader of horror novels, and a lover of food. My wife, Helen, and I enjoy traveling and attending shows at Buddy Holly Hall whenever we can.

I view the coaching process as refining raw potential into realized excellence.
I help people to work through what they are learning about themselves, internalize these lessons, and apply them to improve on their goals.
