Kurtis Vanderpool
Senior University Life Coach
I became a life coach after a coach helped me through a season of confusion and self-doubt. I had left a career Id spent years building and wasnt sure who I was or where I fit anymore. Coaching gave me clarity, direction, and a renewed sense of purpose—and now I get to offer that to others.
Ive coached for six years, led teams and organizations, and am currently finishing my masters in counseling. My style is warm, grounded, and thought-provoking, with a little humor along the way.
Outside of coaching, youll usually find me spending time with my wife and our husky, Moose, having deep conversations over craft beer or coffee, watching Texas Tech sports, or playing board games with friends.
Coaching style
My favorite part of coaching is watching people realize how wonderful and capable they already are. With me, youll find a warm, welcoming presence that sees and supports you, honest questions that challenge and inspire growth, simple strategies that actually fit your life, and a little humor—because life should be meaningful and fun.
