University Life Coach

I grew up in Idalou, Texas just 10 minutes outside of Lubbock. Over the years, I’ve worn a lot of hats; from cleaning bathrooms in the service industry to working cattle on the ranch. Along the way, my various interests led me to racking up more degrees than I planned for, from music to microbiology. But through it all, what’s always stuck with me is a deep curiosity about people: their stories, their passions, and what makes them unique. That’s what brought me to coaching.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me tinkering with a DIY project, getting my hands dirty in the garden, or enjoying a quiet evening with my wife, a good show, and a nice glass of bourbon.

Coaching style

My coaching isn’t just about quick fixes; it’s sitting with what’s hard, giving it space, and helping you get to a point of lasting change. When you’re in the room with me, you can expect me to get excited at your wins, have honest conversations, and be extremely curious on your behalf. Those who work best with me enjoy taking the creative path to a solution and always remaining curious about what could be.
