Research Interests

I am interested in the coordinate regulation of growth, development, and metabolism of vertebrate animals by hormones and environmental factors .  Current projects include the following:

  • Functional significance of duplicated genes
  • Molecular basis of hormone multifunctionality
  • Influence of environmental contaminants of growth
