The Wine Business Certificate at Texas Tech University is a fully online program built for today’s wine industry.
It’s designed for people already working in wine, those changing careers, and anyone just getting started.
Instead of focusing entirely on theory, our program shows how the wine business really works. Courses are led by professionals who work in the industry today and focus on practical skills in finance, sales, marketing, compliance, and operations. How It Works
Our program is ideal for anyone looking to enter or advance in the business side of wine. This 100% online, asynchronous program features seven courses, (8-weeks each) so students can progress at their own pace. Earning a certificate requires 17 Continuing Education Units (CEUs), although courses may be taken individually without completing the entire program. This program is designed to complement our Viticulture and Winemaking Certificate programs.
The 100% online certificate program in Wine Business focuses on key and emerging areas in the wine industry including:
