Tim H. Dodd holds an MBA in Marketing and a Ph.D. in Consumer Economics from Texas Tech University. He teaches graduate courses in the Department of Nutrition, Hospitality, and Retailing at TTU. Natalia Kolyesnikova, Ph.D.
Natalia Kolyesnikova holds a Ph.D. in Hospitality Administration, with a minor in Marketing, from Texas Tech University. Natalia conducts research on wine consumer behavior and wine tourism.
